French Toast with Moroccan Tea for Breakfast
Penne Bolognaise for Your Dinner
What's in it?
Penne
Mince Beef
Tomato
Red Chilli
Ginger
Honey
Garlic
Salt
Black Pepper
Fresh Milk
How to make it
Boil some water, after it's boiling pour Penne then wait until 10 minutes to 12 minutes. Prepare the bolognaise sauce. Pour cooking oil, wait until it's medium hot, pour garlic and tomato, stir it well until the garlic looks yellowish and smells nicely then pour the blended red chilli, ginger and small-chopped carrot then stir it well. After 30 seconds pour the mince beef, stir it well, pour salt, pepper and honey. After few minutes pour some fresh milk. Wait until few minutes. Serve cooked penne with the sauce on it and pour permesan cheese powder as well at the last. It's easy, Isn't it?

It was My last day off Menu, let's check it out !
First, I have Carrot Soup with Chik Pea and Ginger. It's one of menu selections in my restaurant. The chefs nevel tell me the recipe. However, I try to find out the similar aroma and taste of one of the most favourite soup in my restaurant.
What are in :
Carrot Soup with Chik Pea and Ginger
- Fresh Carrot blended
- Chik Pea or Hummous (traditional food from Libanon)
- Ginger Paste
- Garlic
- Honey
- Black Pepper
- salt
- sugar
- fresh mint leaves for garnish
How to make it
Boil some water. As it's boiling pour blended carrot, blended chik pea, and others. stir it well. wait until 5 to 8 minutes. Serve in bowl. Put on it fresh mint leaves to look nice. enjoy !
The second, Sour and Spicy Groud with Shrimp paste ( Pare asam pedas aroma terasi ). It originally comes from my idea. You can try at home. Hhmmm....it's must be yummy. It's somewhat Indonesian taste mix to Thai's.
What are in :
Sour and Spicy Groud with Shrimp paste
- Bitter Groud ( pare )
- Medium ripe of Sour Mango
- Red Chili blended
- Shrimp Paste ( terasi )
- Onion
- Garlic
- Tomato
- Salt
- Sugar
How to make it
Chop the bitter groud in to small pieces, wash properly. boil it with boiling water with little salt and more pepper. Wait until 5-7 minutes. Throw away the water. Saute Onion, garlic, shrimp paste, tomato together. Wait until they look yellowish and smell nicely. Put chili blended, mix until 2 minutes, put small pieces-chopped mango and bitter groud together. Stir it properly. Pour little salt and a bit more sugar. Wait until 4 minutes, and serve with garnish tomato on the side and fresh mint leaves. Try and feel its sensational taste ! :)
